- Consulting Deliverable Inputs: Invention disclosure forms, patent draft notes, raw research datasets, survey responses, manuscript drafts, and commercial agreements submitted via our encrypted lead intake portal.
- Technical Telemetry: Anonymized IP addresses, browser types, session timestamps, and navigation flow solely for performance monitoring and security defense.
3. Client Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Guarantee
All manuscripts, raw datasets, invention disclosures, and draft contracts submitted to VIGOORR remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. VIGOORR consultants operate under binding bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
4. Lawful Purpose & Data Processing
We process your digital personal data exclusively to: (a) evaluate project scope and provide formal proposals, (b) execute the 8-stage consulting workflow, (c) deliver agreed final reports/filings, and (d) comply with statutory accounting and regulatory filing mandates.
5. Data Subject Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under Chapter III of the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access & Summary: Obtain a summary of your personal data processed by VIGOORR.
- Correction & Erasure: Request the correction of inaccurate data or complete deletion of submitted documents upon project closure.
- Grievance Redressal: Submit a grievance to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) with response guaranteed within 7 business days.
- Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise rights on your behalf in case of incapacity.
